After generating the code you can access the self destruct computer and initiate the self destruct sequence. Pickpocket keycards from the Elder McNamara(or Hardin if you help oust McNamara), Paladin Ramos and Head Scribe Taggart then using the terminal next to the self-destruct console to generate the self destruct code. It's a unique version of the Zap glove that does bonus damage to robots and power armored individuals.
